Two-Step Rehab

She’s got five different pairs of Cowgirl boots

A dozen sets of jeans that she squeezes into

Got a body that’ll always leave you beggin’ for more

You’d really love to get her out on the floor

You think you’re going to ask her ’cause you caught a glance

But ever since I met her that girl can’t dance

She’s got her favorite table at the Broken Spoke

Everybody loves her and that ain’t no joke

Sometimes she wears a dress ’cause she likes to twirl

Deep down in her heart she’s still a five year old girl

Her smile will lead you thinkin’ that you stand a chance

But ever since I met her the girl can’t dance

She starts to drinkin’

And she wants to do more

Courage in a bottle

To get her out on the floor

She’s going into rehab

She can’t help herself

But baby can’t two-step

So how’s she gettin’ though twelve

Sign her up and take her to lessons at night

Yet it will get you nowhere just give up the fight

She’s got you thinkin’ you know what you’re into

And her left feet are sticking to the floor like glue

You can stand there and tell her that you’re taking a stance

But you’re changing nothin’ ’cause the girl can’t dance

She starts to drinkin’

And she wants to do more

Courage in a bottle

To get her out on the floor

She’s going into rehab

She can’t help herself

But baby can’t two-step

So how’s she gettin’ though twelve

She’s going into rehab

She can’t help herself

But baby can’t two-step

How’s she gettin’ though twelve
